1. Shipping time
We will ship your order within 2-10 business days after it has been placed. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.​

2. Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
IMPORTANT - In case of returns due to incorrect address/phone number, or the customer being unavailable , Customer will have to bear for reshipment. In case the customer wishes for a refund on the returned product, forward and RTO charges will be cut and balance shall be refunded.
3. Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.

4. Delivery Issues:
If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or damage, please contact our customer support. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

5. Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address or other reasons), we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

RETURN and REFUND
How We Do It
– No refund /replacement /cancellation of orders place
– In case of any missing or defective or wrong product received, opening video will be a must.
– Opening video , with centre camera focus on the box/ parcel , should be from starting to end of unboxing your parcel without any pauses or breaks.
- In case of damages, customer must raise a complaint through email/Instagram/WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
– We will then closely analyse the video and initiate the needful process.
– No complaint will be entertained without the video.
- In case of return of damaged products, Refund shall be issued within 10 working days.
- ANY COD ORDERS, if returned due to negligence of customer, the amount paid on booking will be non- refundable.
